  • A dog is allowed in the unit and an extra cleaning fee applies. Only certain breeds are accepted, given the size of the apartment and the dog. If it's a service dog, certification must be provided.
  • Cats are not accepted.

Fees and Payments

  • Early check-in and late check-out, if available, can be provided at extra cost.
  • A refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
  • Alternatively, a non-refundable damage waiver, ranging from $50 to $80 USD, can be selected.
  • A dog is allowed in the unit and an extra cleaning fee applies.
