  • Early check-in and late check-out, if available, are subject to extra cost.
  • A refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned within 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided no damage is found.
  • Alternatively, a non-refundable damage waiver is available, ranging from $50 to $80 USD.
  • A dog is allowed in the unit and will incur an extra cleaning fee.
